“The CMA has notified us of their investigation into the UK reviews industry. Naturally, we will support them with whatever information and resources they seek. Our platform is built on openness and transparency so consumers can trust what they read and all consumers have a voice. We’ve invested millions on people and technology to detect, expose and take action against those who seek to deceive consumers, and we continue investing millions as we’re never complacent in tackling foul play. We welcome the investigation to ensure the whole reviews industry meets the standards that we seek to achieve and to ensure that all consumers are protected.”
