Trustpilot partners with Zendesk to create seamless customer service experience for businesses
September 15, 2016 – New York – Denver – London – Melbourne – Copenhagen – Berlin - Global online reviews platform Trustpilot today announced a new integration with Zendesk, the cloud-based customer service software platform designed to bring organizations and their customers closer together. The integration enables Trustpilot clients to streamline all customer communications and provide a more efficient customer service experience. For the first time ever, Trustpilot clients will be able to manage all user reviews, comments and ratings within Zendesk.
Zendesk customers will now be able to install Trustpilot’s new channel app among their existing customer service platforms, such as email, phone, Twitter and Facebook. When a review is written on Trustpilot, a customer service ticket is automatically created in Zendesk. This allows agents to quickly and easily respond directly back to Trustpilot reviews from within Zendesk. The new integration helps consolidate the entire communications process and creates more dynamic two-way engagement opportunities.

Trustpilot initially offered the new Zendesk integration exclusively to selected clients, such as TOP-TOY A/S (Toys “R” Us), RC Willey Home Furnishings, Firmafon and Lifestyle Sports, in order to test effectiveness and further improve their respective customer service platforms and experiences.
