New York - August 3 - Leading online reviews platform Trustpilot has today launched its integration in the WooCommerce marketplace, allowing millions of WooCommerce merchants to connect with their customers and ask for feedback more easily through automated tools, and to feature their reviews onsite with a drag-and-drop tool. Trustpilot’s integration helps businesses boost conversions, increase customer retention, increase trust, and improve their brand. The listing can be found here.

WooCommerce, an open-source platform that powers 24% of all eCommerce stores, brings a valuable solution to its marketplace with Trustpilot. WooCommerce merchants are now able to invite reviews automatically, engage with consumers, and help businesses grow consumer trust.

With more than 120 million consumer reviews and 530,000+ domains on its platform, Trustpilot continues to chase its goal to bring businesses and customers closer together.

“Through the continuing expansion of eCommerce, online businesses continue to face trust issues by customers jaded from previous experiences,” said Steve Garland, Chief Technology & Product Officer of Trustpilot. “The integration on WooCommerce’s marketplace allows more businesses to drive brand recognition, showcase transparency, and improve trust with their customers.”
