Trustpilot collaborates on new ISO standard - maintaining the highest of quality for online consumer reviews
11 June 2018 - Trustpilot today announced it’s recent participation in the working group for the new ISO standard (ISO 20488). The new standard details out requirements for organisations to effectively manage consumer review sites and features recommendations that will help increase consumer trust and protect suppliers from unfair treatment.
