Is Trustpilot responsible for reviewers’ comments?
According to the Electronic Commerce Directive, which has been adopted into the Danish E-commerce Act, Trustpilot is, as a main rule, not liable for the content which is made available by Trustpilot’s users via the Trustpilot service.
