A message from our Founder and CEO, Peter, on Ukraine

"We are deeply concerned and saddened by the acts of violence we are seeing against innocent Ukrainian people and fully condemn the brutality being inflicted by Putin's invasion. We stand with all those suffering and with the many other voices calling for peace at this time.

"Trustpilot has terminated all paid relationships with Russian and Belarusian businesses with immediate effect and suspended current commercial activities including access to business review pages and accounts within that region, until further notice. Any existing paying customers from Ukraine have had their subscription costs waived until further notice.

"We continue to offer our fullest support to our staff and colleagues who have been affected by this tragedy and have also made an initial donation to the humanitarian effort through the Choose Love charity.

"We continue to monitor reviews on our platform closely to ensure that information remains genuine and that any harmful or illegal content is removed swiftly."
