Online review platform Trustpilot is targeting 100% growth among its automotive clients after partnering with Auto Trader to bring user-generated reviews to its platform.

Neil Bayton, partner director, Trustpilot, credited the recent development of a partnership with DMS provider GForces for adding some high-profile additions to its client portfolio – including Arnold Clark and TrustFord – and revealed that he expects a similar result following the Auto Trader agreement.

Speaking to AM Bayton said: “We have around 100 franchised dealer clients as its stands and our aim is to grow that number 100% within 12 months. “The partnership with Auto Trader is something that has been in the offing for quite a few months, it’s something that the dealers we work with wanted to see and I’m sure the arrangement will benefit both parties as well as consumers and dealers.”
