New winds are blowing through Trustpilot’s cockpit. After another record year, where the 500 strong company increased revenue by 34.1 percent to DKK 241.6 million, Trustpilot is now shifting gears in order to become the market leader.
“We’ve begun to focus on increasing awareness of our brand. We’ve therefore invested a lot in a so called ‘self-service product, where companies can collect and show reviews without being in contact with us, just like we’re spending a lot of time on increasing engagement on our website so people come back more often and write more reviews,” says Peter Mühlmann, founder and CEO of Trustpilot.
