Malanga, who will be headquartered at Trustpilot’s New York office, will be responsible for driving demand generation growth for the global scale-up, which saw record growth in 2016.
Previously, Malanga served as Chief Marketing Officer for The Blackstone Group-backed B2R Finance, a financial technology company specializing in lending for single-family rental investments. During his tenure, Malanga helped extend more than $1 billion in real estate loan volume by implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives dedicated to bottom-line growth.

Malanga joins Trustpilot with more than 20 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations and brand growth. Prior to B2R Finance, he held several key marketing roles at companies such as BMC Software, Citrix Systems, Oracle and Revolution Money, which was acquired by American Express. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and a B.S. in management science from Virginia Tech.
