More Brits than ever admit they are happy to complain - but only if they can avoid confrontation and be more anonymous by doing it via the internet.
Online surveys of 2,000 people by review platform Trustpilot show that far from maintaining a stiff upper lip, we are actually a nation of complainers. But while half of Brits (50%) will moan online, when it comes to complaining in person, two thirds of people (66%) avoid confrontation wherever possible and 16% are so shy that they would never say anything.
