  1. Understand and decide what you want to use customer surveys and feedback for.  

  2. Allocate the necessary resources.

  3. Categorise feedback. For example, feedback about the buying process, delivery or customer service.

  4. Share your customer’s feedback with relevant stakeholders in the company.

  5. Show your customers that you’re listening to their input.
