The UK's online retailers have been warned not to overlook the grey pound, as over 55s are set to spend £14.5bn on the web this year, according to digital marketing agency Greenlight. The value of recommendations was demonstrated in May when online reviews channel Trustpilot, which powers transparent consumer feedback for Nando's and Boohoo.com, secured a $73.5m investment to further global growth.
