It is too difficult to see whether online reviews are fake, says the Danish Consumer Ombudsman. Reviews of hotels, travel sites and shops are more popular than ever before. It is therefore important that reviews are trustworthy. This is according to the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, who has sent new consumer review guidelines for hearing, writes Jyllands-Posten. The goal is to create a more open review environment and with that a better opportunity to control whether the reviews are fake.
